Privacy Policy

ApplyLoop searches job boards and company career sites, and links you to the employer’s own application page. This policy explains what we collect when you use applyloop.net, what we deliberately don’t keep, and how to have your data removed.
Your résumé is not stored
When you upload a résumé to generate search queries, the file is validated, parsed in memory, and discarded when the request ends. It is never written to disk, never added to a database, and never shared. Only the search queries it produced come back to your browser.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, government identifiers, payment details or passwords to job boards. ApplyLoop is free and has no payment flow.
3. Who else receives data
- Services — our CDN and hosting. They process requests on our behalf.
- Employers and job boards — when you click “View & apply”, you leave ApplyLoop for the employer’s own site. Anything you enter there is governed by their privacy policy, not ours. We are not the employer and we do not receive your application.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Job listings on this site
The listings we show are public job postings gathered from company career sites and job boards. We cache factual details — title, employer, location, salary where published, and a short description preview — and link to the original posting. We don’t reproduce full postings, and we don’t host applications. Postings that stop appearing at their source are removed automatically.

5. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Because we don’t store résumés and don’t require an account to search, in most cases there is nothing held about you beyond aggregate statistics.
Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re in the EU or UK, you also have the right to object to processing and to complain to your data protection authority; if you’re in India, the same access and correction rights apply under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
6. Security
Traffic to the site is encrypted with TLS. The application server is not directly reachable from the internet — it sits behind our web tier — and database access is restricted. Uploaded files are validated by type and size before parsing, and because they’re never written to disk there is no stored copy to leak.
If you find a vulnerability, please report it to [email protected] rather than disclosing it publicly.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data we’ll update this page and move the effective date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the site.
