Bulk Apply to Jobs — One Resume, Every Board

Bulk applying is the only honest response to a market where the median opening takes 200+ applicants. ApplyLoop turns one resume upload into a continuous sweep across every major job board and applicant tracking system, filters what comes back against your real experience, and submits the applications — so volume stops costing you evenings.

Why applying one tab at a time stopped working

The arithmetic is brutal and well documented: a typical corporate opening draws hundreds of applicants, and response rates for cold applications sit in the low single digits. At a 2% callback rate, five interviews means roughly 250 applications.

Done manually at fifteen minutes each — find the listing, re-key your history into another form, re-upload the same PDF — that is 60 hours of work. It is not a motivation problem. It is a throughput problem, and throughput problems are what software is for.

What "bulk" means here — and what it does not

Bulk does not mean spraying the same generic application at everything with a job title attached. That is how you end up blacklisted by a recruiter and no closer to an offer.

ApplyLoop bulk-applies inside a filter. Your parsed years of experience gate every listing before it reaches your queue, so a bulk run targets roles you are actually plausible for. The volume goes up; the relevance does not go down.

Boards and ATS platforms covered

The big boards — LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Naukri, Wellfound — plus the aggregators most people never search: Y Combinator and Work at a Startup, Instahyre, Jobicy, Adzuna, The Muse, Weekday.

And the layer that matters most for anyone applying to real companies: the applicant tracking systems themselves. Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Oracle Cloud Recruiting, iCIMS, BambooHR, Jobvite, Keka, Teamtailor and Workable are queried per employer, which surfaces roles that never get syndicated to a job board at all.

How ApplyLoop works

Upload your CV once. ApplyLoop parses it locally — no third-party AI service sees your resume — and pulls out your titles, skills and years of experience.

From that it builds the search queries you would have typed yourself, then runs them across LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Naukri, Wellfound and the applicant tracking systems that most aggregators never reach: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters and a dozen more. That breadth is the point — a bulk run that only covers LinkedIn is not bulk, it is one board.

Every result is filtered against your actual experience before you see it, so a listing demanding eight years does not land in a fresher's queue. What survives, you apply to — on LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor and Wellfound, ApplyLoop drives the application form itself.

Bulk Apply to Jobs — frequently asked questions

How many jobs can I bulk apply to at once?
There is no fixed cap — the practical limit is how many roles genuinely match your experience filter. A typical sweep across all sources surfaces a few hundred live openings; how many of those you submit to is your call, and you review the queue before anything is sent.
Does bulk applying hurt my chances?
Volume without targeting does. Volume within a relevance filter does not — recruiters see one application from you to one role, and have no visibility into how many others you sent. What damages you is applying to roles you plainly do not fit, which is exactly what the experience filter is there to prevent.
Is my resume sent to an AI service?
No. Resume parsing runs locally using spaCy — an OpenAI key is optional and unused by default. Your CV is not uploaded to a third-party model to be read.
Which platforms can it actually submit applications on?
LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor and Wellfound have full application handlers that drive the form end to end. Every other source is searched and filtered, and hands you a direct link to the employer’s own application page.
